Practical and engaging literacy lessons with a sprinkle of cocoa!! For instructional writing this term, we made hot chocolate and wrote our recipe! As we enjoyed our hot chocolate and mallows we talked through the key features of instructional writing including using the correct technical terms, simple precise language and imperative or boss verbs!
