  • Light and Dark πŸ’‘

    P2 completed a carousel of topic activities based on Light and Dark.

    Each table conducted a science experiment of making simple circuits. We predicted what we thought would happen when we connected the bulb to the battery using wires and drew conclusions.

    We created a dark den and experimented with torches and glow in the dark shapes.

    Finally, we completed our Northern Lights artwork, and we spoke about natural and artificial sources of light πŸ’‘ β˜€οΈ

    The class were given a hula hoop, card, a marker and cubes to problem solve and create their own clock faces.

    We learnt about how to care for pets in World Around Us.  In pairs, we completed a challenge to build a 'pretend' hutch for a rabbit using boxes and other craft materials.
